Heather is the Director and Founder of ASE Creative Solutions - a policy consultancy supporting socially-led organisations in the UK and Ghana. Ase specialises in capability building, inclusive policy development, securing social impact and forming innovative collaborations - across government, academia, the 3rd sector and creative sector. It ultimately aims to be a disruptive, compassionate force in the policy space - creating solutions to the enduring problems which prevent organisations from delivering their social purpose. Heather previously worked for a range of UK Government Departments and specialised in capability building, governance, strategy development and policy reform. Most recently she supported the Ministry of Justice and criminal justice charities - improving support to marginalised groups, forming cross-sector partnerships and advocating for trauma-informed practice."
